Domestic Short Hair (short coat) Cat

Reese (5241) the Cat needs a home

Reese is a little 18-month-old ray of sunshine, he’s always so happy and affectionate despite the challenges he’s faced. He’s incredibly sociable, loves to be cuddled and carried around the house, and will roll around begging for belly rubs. He trills when he wants  attention, loves lounging in his cat bed, and takes his toys with him when he’s ready for a nap! Reese loves to  roughhouse, and would enjoy having a playmate who also enjoys tousling or being a one-man-show with a human who likes to play.

Reese came to us diagnosed with diabetes insipidus and a bum leg from an old injury. Having diabetes insipidus means Reese needs to take half a pill twice a day for the rest of his life and have access to lots of water, and the bum leg gives him a bit of a limp, but neither of these things have been able to hold this sweet boy back! Many people shy away from adopting cats with pre-existing medical conditions, but oftentimes cats like Reese are the sweetest ones in the bunch and the most rewarding to give a loving home to.

All Cat Crusaders cats are spayed/neutered, tested for Felk/FIV, have received a minimum of initial rabies and FVRCP vaccines, and are microchipped.
